Jet Mart Estcour poor service and ******

Good day kindly assist me with my serious matter. We bought a phone at Jet Estcourt branch in August ,the phone had a problem with charging took it back to the store and they brought it back then again had an issue with no network took it back again for 3weeks then I went back to the store then they gave it back still had the same problem took it back again for another weeks. Then went we went back on Monday it's still had the same issue and it's wasn't attended too, hence another 4weeks it's stayed at the store. Asked for the manager and they had to cover for the store manager and said the manger went out to Bergiville. I was so irritated and disrespected after so long they not helping I then left the phone been asking for an exchange and they don't want it, we bought the phone on account Nokia I1. I kindly need emergency assistance I have been patient for too long and I need another phone o cannot buy another phone. They said it's had insurance I don't know what the issue

Of changing the phone because we the one paying for it, the service is very poor and I've been made a fool for too long been months waiting and having the same issue but I'm not being assistanted. Kindly attend my matter The store manager then now told us to lie and make a claim to the insurance and say it's ******, we cannot commit such ***** because of her laziness Never!!
