so today i went to jet to buy a phone for my grand daughter and when i got there i was told my account is owing R80 that came as a surprise because to my understanding i had settled my account, when i enquired i was advised that back in the year 2019 i signed for a mini contract with jet where i get airtime and sms and that nearly took me straight to ER because that airtime is not even coming to my number its being sent to a number i know nothing off,*** this is the number they provided and the manager who intervened was VERY RUDE,UNRULY AND BOSSY i manged to get his name its Pule store manager at jetmart daveyton he told me straight up that i will not be getting a refund as i signed wen i asked him to show me my signature he just walked away, I am very upset ,disgusted and dissapointed as ive been a jet client for so many years all ive done was to take very good care of my account,my name is Benedicta Bartma using my daughters profile to complain about these people and hoping that the store manager who defiantly does the direct opposite of good leadership skill must be dealt with .my ID number is ***,contact number is ***
