Jet Manager J.J. Makhama (Jet Quaggga Shopping Centre, Pretoria West) protecting ********* for a crime that took place inside a Jet store.

My partner was ****** a cellphone inside a Jet store in Quagga Mall Pretoria West. We asked the manager to assist us. The manager was very rude arrogant and aggressively refused to assist us besides the fact that the crime took place inside their store. Of high concern was that the manager was somewhat protecting the ********* and further discouraged us from opening a ******** case. The conduct of the manager needs to be investigated as customers cannot be ****** inside their store and yet the manager appears to be protecting the *********. I believe that the customers safety inside Jet stores should be promoted. The manager identified himself as J.J. Makhama. I am not sure if this is his real name as he was refusing to give me his name.
