Jet Loch Logan (Waterfront) Bloemfontein is worse than **********. They are appalling!!!!!

After the intervention hellopeter, the staff at Jet Loch Logan (Waterfront) Bloemfontein, promised that the Nokia 2.1 my wife and I bought for my mother in law will be delivered between 9 and 11 July 2019. Regrettably, the phone has not been delivered after a full 9 weeks, thus placing the staff at the store in a precarious position. I feel for the staff at the store because they're exceptional service is let down by the horrible and ********** head office. I therefore kindly request a refund as the Jet account is paid up. I do not wish to enter into any correspondence with Jet as they have proven to be ************.
