Jet let ****mers max out my account and is now sending me to debt collectors to recover it. NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT THERE.

On march of this year I had my identity ****** and some ********s maxxed out my Jet account. I phone jet as soon as I found out and logged a query with the ***** department. They sent me a link with requests for information and samples of signature which i sent. They then told me they would call me when they started the investigation.

ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS NOW AND NO CALL OR INVESTIGATION. INSTEAD I HAVE BEEN SENT TO A DEBT COLLECTOR FOR THE DEBT THEY PROMISED WOULD BE REVIEWED.
