JET /LEGIT ACCOUNT MIS HANDLED

I have been struggling to get hold of jet stores customer care to query the status of my account which is supposed to be canceled, I've been taken from pillar to post regarding this account since 2018 between legit and Jet I opened the account through legit but was always paying with Jet.

They signed me up for these magazines of theirs which I did not consent, I settled the account last year at jet cradlestone and was assured that the account is closed now my credit rating is getting messed up due this jet store magazine

Im going to take this further since I am also struggling to get through to their contact centre
