Jet Khayelitsha mall

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Jet. On the 24th of September 2025, I purchased a pair of shoes from Jet at Somerset Mall. After wearing them once, I found them to be extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for wear. When I went to Jet in Khayelitsha Mall to request an exchange, I was told by the manager that the store only accepts exchanges for damaged shoes. Furthermore, I was advised that if I was still unhappy, I should sell the shoes to someone else. I am very disappointed by this response. As a paying customer, I do not believe it is fair or professional to be told to sell an item I purchased from Jet.
