JET KHAYELITSHA MALL!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Jet, Khayelitsha Mall, Cape Town. I went there today to cancel a lay buy and was rudely turned away by the store Manager/Supervisor, a woman by the name of Phumza Cwaba. This lady was extremely rude to me and basically spat on my face saying that the clothes were kept for me which could have been sold. She basically told me to **** off, she was not going to help me and threw my receipts and phone to my face and left me standing there like an idiot!!! I tried speaking to her again and she told me that she is only following JET COMPANY POLICY!!! I am appalled that a customer could be treated like this by a so called member of Management and for as long as I live, I will never set my foot inside a JET store again. I had to call head office in order for this issue to be resolved using my own airtime and even then this lady was not remorseful and did not even apologize for her unprofessional behavior. I will proceed with legal action against this lady and the store because this kind of service and behavior towards PAYING customers is completely unacceptable.
