Jet Jabulani Mall (EDCON) BAD SERVICE

Good day

Me and my friend went to Jabulani Mall to exchange 2 school shirts. We got there and we were assisted my the cashier named Zama Xolisile Msibi, I explained to her that there was a mixup with the shirt the time i was taking the correct size. Chances are that, the shirt that i brought to exchange are no longer the same as there were so many shirt and we were even confused by the sizes. She did not say anything, she went ahead and assisted me and then she asked which sizes do I want. I told her that I need a smaller size which is size 14, and then she asked again and I told her the very same thing. The she started laughing saying that the prices are now different on the receipts. I explained to her again that I need a small size thats the reason im exchanging the shirts. Then she called her friend/collegue named Boitumelo Kesesile. Then she started explaining the story, that i want to exhange the shirts which has the which has the lessor price on the receipts. Boitumelo also started laughing, then I was irritated and asked Zama what exactly is funny? and her answer was is she not entitled to laugh. My question was are they entitled to laugh at the customers, and she said why not? I politely asked her to call her superior, then she went at the back for 10 good minutes and i dont understand why she took so long to get the superior for me. She came back with the lady named Paballo Mokoena, who really knows how to treat customers. I explained to her what exactly I wanted, and Zama Xolisile Msibi kept on laughing interupting me while im explaining. Then Paballo started apologising on her behalf as Zama did not see anything wrong. Instead she continued laughing with Boitumelo even talking about us. Paballo did assist us and gave us exactly what we wanted. Which was a very good service on her part. Then Zama went to her collegue Philani and still was laughing and talking about us. I was given a bad service first and foremost you dont laugh at customers instead you need to make the customer understand. When I asked Paballo for Zamas and Boitumelos surnames Boitumelo rudeluy interrupted and loudly said you can even take my employee number. I mean what kind of a service is this? They were rude and not willing to assist me as a customer. They always need to remember that the customer is always right no matter what. They must go back to training as they do not value customers as they should be.

Thank You

Nokuthula Ngwenya ********** 130
