Jet is useless and they let ********** into people's accounts

I had an account with Jet for years. Last year I decided to pay off the account and wait until I really need to take clothes. 2 months after paying it off I got statements that I'm owing. I went to jet store and I saw policies in my account I had knowledge of. I reported this with ***** department at Jet. They did nothing now they handed me over to MDB attorneys. I have provided affidavit, copy of my last payment to the account. These attorneys are as useless as Jet is. I'm being harrased by these lawyers and it makes me sick.
