Jet is the worst store in the world

Its 2024 and this matter has still not been resolved. Jet store doesn't even wat to send me a letter to show that the account they handed to the lawyers in 2018 was not opened by me. I still have constant calls from lawyers requesting payments. Now i have to deal with the pain of explaining to serves provides and banks every time i want to take a loan.
