Jet is so ********. Day light *******

Still no change in my mom's statement it's like she's giving jet her money and her credit doesn't decrease she called the jet so many times they said she took airtime and she receives it every month which is not true. She canceled it several times still there's no change. I'm so disappointed in jet it's like they don't know how to run their business.
