Jet is patronizing and annoying!!!! Give back my money!!!

Jet did respond via email but only to say that they cannot contact me after I have provided them with my mobile number more times than I can count. According to them the case is resolved yet they still have my money. Instead of calling me, how about reimbursing my money into the bank account which I also have provided before. I don't need to hear from you, I just need my money back and to see that ridiculous account with Jet closed. Add +971 to the front of the number that I am providing
