Jet is not faithful to customers

I was having account with Jet store and I requested my settlement letter to paid up my account I was told my account is in attorney then they gave me the number which is *** and I called the number the attorney said they account is nolonger with them is with Jet I called again Jet they said to me my account is Priscribed and I requested the letter they said in 24 hours I will get Priscribed letter up until today no feedback from them I called today again they said I must request the letter from Priscribed letter department they gave me the number *** after I called the number they told me that the account is nolonger with them
