Jet is delaying to close my clothing account.

It has been close to 2 months now trying to close my Jet account but they keep telling me that its waiting for closure and it will take 30 days, this has been going on for too long now qhile I've paid all the money i was owing them. The account still shows as active on my credit record and whenever i call them they keep giving me the same excuse that the account is waiting for closure. This is really affecting my credit record and it's unprofessional.
