Jet is bad, harrassing old people

In 2019 me and my mother we bought about R7000 of things on the Jet store (Edgars). We have been paying the account ever since those years. My mom has been receiving calls all the time that she must pay the account even after paying. Jet call centre people are harrasing a 77 year old to come pay the account.

She received a call again last week that she owes R7000. Like how the hell is R7000 from 2019 - 2025 been paying the account still on R7000. We cancelled alot on that account just to settle the account but it is still sitting on R7000. Jet must fix this.
