Jet is a ********** company

Jet supposedly offers an online service which they should not be permitted to offer when they do not know how to operate the service...

I bought a dress online - they were more than willing to take the customer's money - however after 7 working days they could not tell me when it would be delivered to my nearest store...

I decided to cancel the order and go to one of their competitors who offers better service, better quality and better fashion...

I has been 3 weeks and I am still battling to get my money back from them..

Absolutely shocking service...It is no wonder the Edcon group is down in the dumps...

I will never set foot in a Jet store ever again...
