Jet insurance poor service

I have been trying to claim for lost cellphone from Jet insurance since last year but I am not successful. I have been sent from pillar to post and provided everything that they need. The consultants have promised to get back to me but still up to now there is no feedback. It is difficult to get through to the cellphone insurance departments. The voice activated answering machine services is absolutely **********, you cannot get to the options you want to get to. I am constantly holding on endlessly for consultants who either do not answer or if they do answer they ask you told on whilst transferring you to the correct department. Needless to say I do not get to the correct department and I am then asked to rate the service then. I get cut off immediately thereafter. This is the most frustrating experience with Jet . My airtime and time is wasted so much trying to get assistance from them. Can someone please assist me with this issue???
