JET in Louis Trichardt CBD - The Incompetence shocks me

I went to Jet Mart in Songoswi Street Louis Trichardt on Saturday 9 May 2026 and I was completely shocked by the lack of service and the lack of any kind of care about service delivery. It was very busy and there was more than enough employees but still there was only 2 tills open, everybody kept on pushing in the line before me and the JET employees simply did not care, when I asked one of the employees if they could please open more tills, she laughed at me and walked away. I was standing there for 30 mins and did not move in the line because of the incompetence of the JET employees. They have absolutely no care and they are definitely not trained to work with people.
