Jet imposes insurance in my account and forced me to payw

I have account with this store, the buying was reduced to R700 that I ended up not using it at all. In 2018 I paid up this account and forget about it, during the course of the year I received message from jet to say I must go to any het store to update my account if I still need to trade with them, I went to jet and thus where problem started, the gentleman who assisted me take my ID do some checking and I was made to sign then off I go, after some day I received a message on my cellphone to say your two insurance from jet has been processed and you are insured, I just think maybe this is wrong address, it became serious when I received statement that has two insurance and I had to come and pay for account, so right now jet is threatening to take me to court cos I refuse to pay for the insurance I didn't ask for. Even though I canceled the insurance on my side I am not obligated to pay for the insurance I didn't want
