Jet I give me back my money!

I purchased clothes from Jet on the 27th of August and returned an item on the 2nd of September. I purchased using my Capitec debit card and when I did the refund I was told by Emma that I could use any card so I used my GoTyme card. It’s the 16th and I haven’t received said refund. I’ve called in countless of times and Khaya has been trying his best to assist me. Eventually he got me in contact with Kwanele from head office oh who just doesn’t know anything. What a waste of time speaking to her because she doesn’t know when I will get my money! I don’t usually buy from Jet and this will be my last time. I’m left without the outfit and without the money.
