JET - Horrible Service !!!!!
I bought a phone from the Gezina branch and from day one the phone restart by itself. I took it back and they informed me they do not have stock to exchange it. I have to come back in a week. When I went back they still did not have stock so they said the will send it for repairs. Almost 6 weeks now and it seems like no one knows where the phone is. All I hear is BS from them I need someone to sort this out asap!!!

11 Oct 2019, 09:46This is ridicules !!!!! I get a call from the store manager yesterday. She told me to come in and get a new phone. This morning I went to the store just to get more BS. Here I am still no phone. JET you need to credit my account so I can get a new phone from one of your other stores !!!!!
