Jet horrible customer service

i was shopping at Jet Cresta about 4 weeks ago when i place my phone on the counter and cashier dropped my Iphone7+ on the floor broke, cracked open the phone and shattered my screen. Jet offered to take in the phone for repairs, its been over 2 weeks now and i still haven't received any information or feedback on my phone i've been calling them but no one answering the phone at the store.
