Jet home can't assist me return my item without the slip
I bought a mellerware azure 2200w cordless kettle at maponya mall jet home,I don't have my slip and they said their system only keeps the records for only 3 Months and it's not the first time I bought with my account how does a company like this not be able to help us as clients 😠especially when I'm now stuck with something not working I even have the box too someone please help
