I just had a call from Jet / Hollard wrt the funeral policy I have through Jet at Hollard. The lady wanted me to upgrade my policy and when I said no thank you, she had the audacity to ask me \WHY". That infringes my right as a consumer in South Africa - am my rights not protected by the National Consumer Act. When I say no thank you"
