JET HELP

Good day

Could you please assist me.

During the course of last year (2019) it became difficult for me to honour my payments of my account. I tried when possible, and eventually in December 2019 (10/12/2019), I finally paid the final outstanding amount – R 1 232.78.

I believe that Jet did place my name on ITC.

What I am asking is for a letter of confirmation that my account has been paid up. I have tried phoning numerous numbers, however it seems that my account with Jet has been closed and no-one seems to be able to assist thus far. I am in desperate need of said letter in order to clear my name of this negative mark. If I may implore of you to please supply me with a letter confirming that my account is paid up.

This is extremely pressing and I would truly appreciate if you could treat this with the utmost urgency.
