Jet has the worst customer care ever

I opened an account with jet after a few month I was contacted by nimble group ,they told me that jet sold my account to them,I was paying my account on time ,no late payment. I payed up my jet account via nimble group,nimble group then removed my name from the credit bureau however jet hasn't removed my name,I have been trying to get them to remove my name but its stories after stories and this is affecting my credit score,please help me because when I check my credit score its shows that my current balance with jet is R6000 while my account is payed up.
