Jet has me blacklisted from 2011 - don't owe them any money!

Evidently Jet has me listed in the Credit Bureau for a Jet Stores account from 2011!! When I called Jet, the guy told me that there is nothing on their system for me and he doesn't know who the debt collectors are but that this is something that often happens. I do not owe Jet Stores any money. I would appreciate someone contacting me to sort out this issue and remove this off my credit scoring as it is negatively affecting the score.
