Jet has been messing up my credit score drastically

Jet has been messing up my credit score drastically. They keep advising me that i owe them for an account that i closed off in December 2020. Their collections consultants are absolutely unfriendly, ****en rude and unprofessional.. worst business to ever deal with, if my query is not dealt with within the next day i'l be taking further steps
