Jet handed me over to *****s

I Paid my jet account that was handed over. the person who told me to pay did not update my payment of R600 and my payment was not acknowledged furthermore they added more interest and handed me over to a second debt collection company. i have been raising it with Jet they referred me to rcs which is currently ignoring my email with the query and proof of the payment made. please help I am desparate
