Jet handed me over to MBD for a R60

I have a Jet Account that I have put on hold for a few years and I have lost my Jet Card during that time. Last month I have decided to reopen my Account and apply for a new card. The consultant told me that it would be R60 for the new card and it would be added to my bill and I agreed. I was waiting for my statement since I gave the consultant my email address and contact number. Yesterday I received a unprofessional SMS that state "Ur JET acc is in arrears - Pay R60.00 today to prevent further action". Today I received an unprofessional SMS that state "Ur JET acc with a balance of R60.00 was handed over to MBD. For pmnt plan call *** *** ***x.

First of all, why didn't I receive any statement to see what I owe with the corresponsive account number? Secondly, Who in their right mind need a payment plan to pay off a R60?

I'm closing this account the soonest and burn my New Card with R10,000 credit.
