Jet gadget insurance rippoff

I took out a jet gadget insurance on my phone and when I bent in my pocket and the screen cracked I sent it in for repairs when I got it back the screen was replaced but the phone still bent which means the screen cracked a day later. When I enquired about it I was told I must send my phone in again and will have to pay double exess on the insurance coz of a second repair in 1 year. What a rippoff when they never repairs the phone rite in the first place. Now I'm paying for insurance and still sitting with a broken phone
