JET Funeral policy is a ****

I have a JET account and have opted to add a cousin of mine to the funeral policy offered by JET which is paid monthly. This cousin has recently passed away and guess who is now refusing to pay out...JET My main concern is, 1 - when taking out the funeral policy for the family member, nowhere was it advised that it will not apply to "extended family". 2 - when the money was being taken monthly for almost 17 years, JET did not complain. Pay out time, we have these issues. Complete and utter lies sold to clients so they can make a buck.
