Jet ********** and Card Cloned

On the 14th February i went to Jet Springs Mall to purchase something using Jet Card, then on the 16th I got an sms from Jet stating that I made a purchase of R8340.00 then i went to Jet Springs to inquire and they also confirmed that a transaction of that amount was made a Newcastle, then i was told to lodge a complain or dispute but its so funny that i used my card on friday then the following then its used somewhere so it is clear my card was cloned at Jet Springs Mall.
