Kindly assist me urgently.

I paid up my Jet Stores account over three years ago and i suddenly discovered that my credit score has dropped.

Upon closer investigation it seems that i have a bad debt listed for Jet Stores who i no longer buy from.

My full name as per my SA ID is Mohammed Shane Amod It seems that someone is transacting under my identity number and has now placed me in this situation of default.
