JET ********** account

2018/2019 a lodged a ***** complaint as my ID number was used to open an account. The ID photo was not mine, address not mine nor the phone numbers. Account I was told was opened in Durban with a Durban address. I have stayed in PE my whole life and at the same address since I was 3! Eventually I was told it was rectified. Tonight, 2021, I get a text from a collection agency regarding this same ********** account. When you call Edcon's ***** line for JET stores I can no longer get through. ***? Someone needs to sort this out. ***
