Jet ***** department

A ********** account was opened in my name. I went to Jet Clearwater in August 2020 to submit all the required documents. I was advised to check the outcome in a month which I started doing from September. I have been taken from pillar to post by the Jet ***** department for months now.I called last week for the dispute letter which I still haven’t received and I was advised that they have escalated the case to the person dealing with the case. I called yesterday since I haven’t received anything and was advised by Phakamisa that the person who is supposed to send my dispute letter is going to a meeting. I called in the afternoon as there was nothing from their side and I was given the same story that they are going to escalate to the person dealing with the case to send me the letter. Today I called and some lady wanted me to start over with my story and advised that I’m still under investigation how can she give me a different story when all I’m waiting for is the letter since I was advised my case was finalized.

I’m sick and tired of calling and having to repeat myself to people who seem to be ***********.
