Jet ***** account

A Jet account was opened with my id number. But when you check account name and details it is not me. Have been struggling for 4 months to get this sorted but no luck. The account is linked to my id number but I do not have an account with Jet, never had one. Have the details of the person that opened the account. Have been to Jet stores and logged complaints but still not sorted out. Logged it with Transunion also but they could not sort it out.
