Jet Flagship?…has sailed.

Jet setter since before the makeover, BUT! This is about the 3rd time I have visited Jet in Canal Walk. On all 3 occasions, I could not find clothing or shoes that will fit my son, who wears 13-14 clothes or “big boys” clothes and a size 4 shoe. When enquiring about this, they do not seem to have any “stock” available, on all 3 occasions? (The T-shirts, however, managed to fit) Is Jet Canal Walk a flagship store? If it is, the store is very limited with big boys (teens) clothing as sizes only go up to 11-12 in clothes and a size 2 in shoes, with very small ranges and options to choose from which is ridiculous. The mens section smallest shoe size is a 6. Where are the sizes between the biggest boys and smallest men’s footwear? I am very disappointed when trying to go back and try again, only to find the same ratios and handful of options. Jet has customers ready to spend thousands on affordable, quality clothing. The lack of sizes however, redirects the traffic to other outlets.

I must add, the cashier who rung up what I did manage to purchase, Nikita E, was lovely and thought outside of the box when I bought my 2 boys snacks and asked “are we giving this to them now?” Saving me from rummaging through the carrier bag later. Thanks Nikita E! You’re the reason for the second star!
