Jet Festival Mall

I did a laybye at Jet Festival Mall on the 8th November 2025 due to some storming rain some of the shops at the mall were damaged. But now I fail to understand how are we supposed to get our kids clothes because there's no communication at all, I contacted TFG today and I was told that they can't assist me. I mean this is unacceptable, in 7 days time it will be Christmas. There's no communication what are my kids going to wear? I've been very calm hoping to receive a sms but until today there's nothing received. I don't even know what to tell my kids, this is the worst thing that has ever happened to me and I don't think I'll ever purchase from any TFG store in the future.
