Jet fast with lies and theft

It took a month to get a reply from Jet to close my account. I Had to contact tfg, which in turn contacted Jet. An email was sent requesting my bank details for the reimbur*****t of the overpaid amount on my account, still have not received reimbur*****t even though i sent my bank details. Another email was sent to me confirming closure of my account. Yet the account is still operational. Jet also doesn't mention the R30 per month which they charged for fees even though they owe me money.
