JET false advertising

I have just about had it with jet! It is now the 3rd time I take items of a special rack. Buy 2 for a price....then you het to the till and without a doubt there will always be an issue. No the size you want is not on the special, the patters are excluded. But this is never ever on the rails you yake the items from. Yet again it happened today! Then they quickly run to yake the sale of. Well I took a picture of this false advertising. The staff themselves took it out for me again. Then the cashiers say...yes they understand its not fair but what do I want them to do. I can wait for a manager that may possibly come in later the afternoon. Rectify this JET. Why do I ALWAYS have to pay full price for marked down items. Blatantly false advertising. I have proof of the marked price that was quickly removed....with your own staff holding it up for me. Dont support JET secunda all the mark downs always comes with stories. I am fed up!
