My account was paid in full. Meaning I don't owe anything. They have threatened to hand me over for R9.71 of which is their club fees and nonsense after my account was paid and my balance R0.00! I want to close my account because of this and they emailed me stating I need to pay their R9.71 before they close my account. This is unacceptable as I don't owe them anything.
