Jet "Edcon" Opening clothing accounts without consent

Someone at Jet "Edcon", opened a clothing account with my information without my consent. (Their call center assistant assured me that this is not identity theft, someone at their accounts department did this). I have never been to any Jet store. This is ridiculous.

1. Firstly, I did NOT open or request an account to be opened. 2. Secondly, I did NOT authorise a credit check on my details. 3. Lastly, Thanks to Jet now my credit score has decreased, They will need to fix this, this is not a true reflection of my credit score now.

They need to close the "**********ly" opened account. I would really like to know who authorised this and how are they going to fix my credit score card now.

Definitely will be escalating this to FSB (FSCA) or any other relevant independent parties.
