Jet Eastrand mall stole my layby

I made a layby in September at Jet store, Eastrand mall. On the 14 November 2020 I went to pay off and collect the clothes only to find out that my clothes disappeared in the store and no one can give me an answer as to what happened to my clothes.

The layby is not documented on the layby book and they can't even trace what happened to the clothes because they are nowhere to be found.

The clothes were worth R3700, I spent good 3 hours in store shopping with 3 kids, I spent money and time to go pay and collect ( which we a futile trip).

Jet east Rand mall has the worst and unprofessional staff members and management. It's been 2 full weeks now without hearing from them what's next next step
