Jet double charge for a purchase

I bought one phone from Jet Campus Square on 18 August 2020 and they charged met for two phones. Ive been to the Cresta branch/ Campus Square and no one seem to be able to assist me they keep on telling me that due to a new company taking over they cant assist. This is pathethic!!! How can they charge me for two phones this is ridiculous. JJ Hutchons ***.
