Jet don't know what they are doing

Opened account on 9 August 2022. Was asked to sent documents which we did. Received sms everything is in order and account is active. Went to Jet Matlosana 28 August to buy some things. Transaction did not want to go throug. Phone Jet Head office. Head office first said can't pick up account and then suddenly it is declined.
