Went to Johannesburg cbd store and their hours say 18:00 they close I got there at 16:50 and their doors are closed personnel couldnt give a **** about me. Then went to Eloff street and they dont sell furniture anymore then was sent an sms that they reopened my account get there and they saying I need bank statements but the guy i spoke to at jet call centre said I should take proof of residence lady at counter tried calling whilst she was doing a million other things what happened to customer service? I left went downstairs to get airtime paid for it then the till roll in machine was finished had to wait with no apology until I made a noise that I was going to complain.
