Jet doesn't update my personal information

I have had my account for years. I requested to change my surname numerous times and I even emailed all my supporting documents to them, but still my ****en surname appears on my account. I will be married for 10 years in September. This is so frustrating. They can't update my surname, but they expect punctual monthly payments.
