Jet does not want to close my account

Good day My name is Ncobile Ngobeni and i have an account at jet ,account number is *** cvv:906..my ID number is ***.I payed of the account month end of march and requested to close it but the cashier said he cant i'l have to wait for 24hours.Reason of wanting to close is i got a call from them saying they will add an insurance on my account incase i fail to pay and its compulsory,which was not explained to me when i was opening the account.The lady was very rude and threatened to block my account since i told her i dnt want the insurance...Mid april i went to jet in ga-rankuwa and requested to close it and they kept saying someone will come and assist me..i waited for almost an hour while they were saying the person is busy.I left and went back again following month which was may and they said they cant help me because they are offline.In june when i went they said they are offline again until i went back again yestrday for the 4th time.They were able to print out a receipt which said im owing R248 but she claimed she could not be able to check what the R248 is for because "shes offline".im very angry and dissapointed with their service so much that i will neva recommend a jet account to anyone.I want nothing to do with this account anymore i just want it closed
